help finding either Mad TV / sketches in the life of colors …?

I need help finding at least one of these two sketches … I tried the obvious (youtube, veoh, limewire, etc.). 1) What is Damon Wayans. The quote was: "Never underestimate the power of the disabled! Two) That was Homey the Clown. "Homey do not play dat!" what it used to say much. There were hitting people with what appeared a sock with a sock in it or something haha.
